Customer Service Trainers/Assessors – fancy joining an international organisation?

You will be working for an award-winning charity – capable, able ,and determined to compete with the big guys in the market.  They have an international presence and has already secured 5 new contracts by the time we speak. And as a result, they are seeking a Customer Service Trainer/Assessor to join their ever-expanding team for a 12-month contract.

The role

You will deliver Customer Service (levels 1 and 2) to a group of learners. All classroom-based to a group of 15. All course materials are written up for you ready and waiting for you to kick-start.

Key things

  • You will have 5 days to deliver the course based on Edexcel criteria.
  • 80% of your clients are on level 1 (some on level 2)
  • Your HQ is at Greenwich where you will meet once a week. (You would be mainly based at training centres: Greenwich, Waterloo, Peckham, Croydon, and Sutton – teaching 5 days in each location).

About you

You MUST have the following to be able to apply for this role: A1 Award, or TAQA, or CAVA

Your travel expenses will be covered (B2B) and your working hours are from Monday to Friday – 9:00 am – 5:30 pm (good work-life balance!).
