You will be joining a well established training provider (over 50 years old).  They look after their staff, as shown by being Investors in People, and rated as one of the Best Small Companies to work for in 2018.

The role will be split between home working and visiting your students in the work place.  The aim is to work with management teams of organisations to help them achieve senior level qualifications, namely level 3 Team Leader / Supervisor, and Level 5 Operations / Departmental Manager.

Although relatively new standards, the materials and delivery model is all set up for you.  Each qualification has a number of modules to deliver which last between 5 – 8 weeks to complete.  Each module will be launched with you delivering a one day workshop (usually at the employers premises). You will have no more than 41 in your caseload.

You will be covering:  Newcastle-Upon-Tyne and Manchester / Warrington . 

You will predominantly be home based, with the occasional travel depending on where the learners are based. At the moment, learners are based in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne and Manchester / Warrington.
