Working from home most of the week, paid travel expenses, a combination of free lunch and activities once a month with the team, lots of support, an opportunity to share best practices and heaps of development opportunities – someone pinch me because I must be dreaming! You will be joining a well-established training provider (over 24 years old).  The manager used to head up apprenticeships for a large college and is all about doing stuff the right way.  She’s really supportive and is all about CPD, and is looking to build upon her great team.  Every provider claims to ‘want to be the biggest’.  The difference is, these guys have already done it in their home country.  And are 3 years into the UK and making some serious waves (but still a well kept secret).

The role will be split between home working and visiting your students in the workplace. The aim is to work with management teams within levy organisations to help them achieve senior level qualifications, namely level 3 Team Leader / Supervisor standards, and Level 5 Operations / Departmental Manager standards. You will initially have a caseload of 23 however; this will incrementally go up to 45.

You will be covering: Leicestershire with the potential for work in Birmingham and Nottingham.

Although relatively new standards, the materials and delivery model is all set up for you however; the organization provides a flexible approach to training and encourage best practices to be shared with the team each week. Each qualification has a number of modules to deliver which last between 5 – 8 weeks to complete.  Every module will be launched with you delivering a one day workshop (usually at the employers premises). You will have no more than 45 learners in your caseload.

You will predominantly be home based 3 days per week, and based at the employers’ premises the rest of the time.

Please note the salary is £30k per annum however; you can choose between two payment options (both equivalent to £30k):

1) £27k + £0.45 per mile

2) £27k + £3k car allowance + £0.15 per mile (you must have access to your own vehicle).
